Often considered the greatest hip-hop beef ever known, there has really never been a clear, concise victor. The beef started with the death of rapper Notorious B.I.G. to see which prominent rapper would fill his shoes as the “King of New York”. A victim impact statement is a written or oral statement made by a victim at the sentencing of a convicted offender. It is a tool used to let the victim make recommendations on sentencing. Basically, to allow the victim have a say in punishment. Seeing as how Lil’ Wayne has been up on all sorts of charges lately, we at Hot Like Sauce would like to make our own written allocution of Mr. Weezy.
