For those of you who stick around after South Park to watch Ugly Americans, you may have noticed a cameo last Wednesday by everyone’s favorite registered sex offender, Brian Peppers.

Brian Peppers gained internet fame in 2005 when a picture was discovered in Ohio’s Electronic Sex Offender Registration and Notification (eSORN) system depicting a 37-year old man who was convicted of Gross Sexual Imposition in Lucas County, OH.

Believed by many to be a photoshopped image, hacking prank, or possible mistake, the image spread quickly throughout the internet on message boards, blogs, and forums. The picture however has been verified as a legitimate image of Brian Peppers by the urban legend website Snopes.com.

Oh yeah, by the way, Ugly Americans is a great show. Watch it.
