Just under seven months ago on February 6th, 2010, Umphrey’s McGee played a spectacular show in Atlanta, Georgia’s The Tabernacle to a sold out, enthusiastic crowd. Fortunately for those who missed the magical experience, the entire show was recorded in HD video and audio from the soundboard and is showcased in a three part YouTube documentary by the band.
The combination of the sold out theatre, high energy from the band/crowd, as well as an impressive setlist, instantly made the show an Umphrey’s classic. The show has quickly become both a fan and band favorite as bassist Ryan Stasik states:
It was one of the most magical and most energetic rooms and crowds that I’ve ever been a part of. I could feel and hear the crowd and when that happens, I can’t really describe how that is, but it’s the most amazing thing in the world.
